General Comments

Members of the Camping & Caravanning Club are advised that due to our meets becoming so popular and pitches becoming limited by the sites it has become essential to book your pitch in advance. If you can inform the stewards what type of unit you have this would make it easier for the stewards to allocate a pitch. All meets open at 1pm any arrivals after 6pm please inform the stewards of approximate time of arrival. All pitches must be vacated by the time you are told at coffee morning, failing to do this the site owner may charge you for another night. If you are arriving after the opening day of the rally please respect the stewards and arrive after 10am. If you have a favorite site that we have not used for some time then mention it to the sites officers or a committee member. Fire buckets must be used at all weekend rallies and THS's, so please ensure that you provide one, waste water should always be emptied in the appropriate facility on the site and not left to drain on the pitch. There should be no noise after 11pm and before 8am. Stewards will be ensuring that these rules are followed.
